These Terms of Service apply to bubbles-browser.fnbubbles420.org and to software downloads or materials provided through this website for BubblesTheDev Web Browser.

1. Ownership and intellectual property

The BubblesTheDev Web Browser, including but not limited to all source code, object code, compiled binaries, installer packages, architecture, design elements, user interface components, graphics, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, documentation, and all related materials are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of BubblesTheDev.

2. Grant of license

3. Restrictions

  • You may not use the Software or website in violation of any applicable law.

4. Distribution and redistribution

The installer package and any associated files may not be copied, mirrored, redistributed, or hosted on third-party platforms without the prior express written authorization of BubblesTheDev. Official distribution channels shall be determined solely by BubblesTheDev.

5. Updates and modifications

BubblesTheDev reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Software or website materials at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE, THE SOFTWARE, AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUBBLESTHEDEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing law and venue

These terms and any software-related disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Michigan.

9. Injunctive relief

You acknowledge that unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Software may cause irreparable harm to BubblesTheDev for which monetary damages would be inadequate. BubblesTheDev may seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other available remedies.

10. Entire agreement

These terms and the applicable software license materials constitute the entire understanding between you and BubblesTheDev regarding the Software and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject.
